Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a detail-oriented support specialist to assist Account Executives and manage loan processing tasks. This role supports brokers, inputs loan data, gathers documents, and helps ensure timely closings in a remote-friendly environment.

You’ll work with marketing, lead management, and reporting, while staying compliant with investor guidelines. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour plus a monthly incentive plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in mortgage processing or wholesale account management is preferred.
• Ability to learn loan origination systems quickly and work with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives to enable sales activities and timely closings.
• Input loan applications and organize loan information into the LOS.
• Monitor documents, pull credit reports, and gather required appraisals.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and assist brokers to finalize submissions.
• Prepare reports and maintain confidential borrower information.
