Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist in Spokane, WA. This full-time role handles TRID/RESPA disclosures, regulatory compliance, and coordination with loan teams to ensure accurate delivery of disclosures.

Hybrid and fully remote options are available. The position pays $26.00–$28.00 per hour, with compensation based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
1+ years of related experience or training.
Direct experience with Ellie Mae Encompass, preferred.
Knowledge of URLA, TILA/RESPA, ECOA, and RESPA.

Responsibilities

Send accurate disclosures within regulated timeframe.
Monitor Disclosure Pipeline and reporting for TRID/ECOA/RESPA disclosures.
Coordinate with MLO and LOA to ensure timely disclosures.
Send electronic disclosures to clients who opt in.
Mail disclosures to applicants who prefer mail.
Review file disclosures for completeness and accuracy.
Use Ellie Mae Encompass to disclose loans electronically or print disclosures.
Monitor Disclosure Desk emails for questions.
Review changes for revised TRID disclosures due to COC.
Document COC in all files.
