Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist in Irvine, CA. This full-time role focuses on TRID and other state disclosures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to borrowers.

Hybrid and fully remote options are available to support flexible work. The position requires knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass and residential mortgage lending standards, with responsibilities spanning disclosure preparation, pipeline monitoring, and compliance review across various loan types

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
1+ years mortgage disclosure experience or training.
Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass preferred.
Knowledge of TRID, ECOA and RESPA regulations.
Familiarity with the URLA and mortgage lending basics.

Responsibilities

Send disclosures within regulated timeframes.
Monitor disclosure pipeline and reporting for TRID/ECOA/RESPA disclosures.
Coordinate with MLO and LOA to ensure timely disclosures.
Send disclosures electronically or by mail as opted by the client.
Review disclosures for accuracy and completeness before sending.
Utilize Encompass to disclose loans electronically or print disclosures as needed.
Monitor centralized Disclosure Desk emails for questions.
Monitor Change of Circumstance (COC) emails for needed disclosures.
Review lock confirms to ensure loans are redisclosed timely.
Review changes to determine revised TRID disclosures when required.
Document COC in all files.
