Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in a related discipline preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of directly related experience and training.
• Direct experience with Ellie Mae Encompass, preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID/ECOA/RESPA concepts.
• Familiarity with URLA and related regulatory governance.

Responsabilidades

• Send accurate disclosures within the regulated timeframe.
• Monitor Disclosure Pipeline and reporting for required TRID/ECOA/RESPA disclosures.
• Coordinate with MLO and Production Partner to ensure disclosures are delivered within regulations.
• Send electronic disclosures to clients who opt for electronic disclosures.
• Mail disclosures to applicants who chose not to receive electronic disclosures.
• Review file disclosures for completeness and accuracy before sending.
• Work with Ellie Mae Encompass to disclose loans electronically or print disclosures for delivery by mail.
