Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on TRID/HUD disclosures, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance within established timeframes.

Hybrid and remote options are available, with compensation hourly between $26 and $28 depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The position requires experience with Ellie Mae Encompass and residential mortgage lending basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of directly related experience and training.
• Direct experience with Ellie Mae Encompass preferred.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage lending and loan types (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Familiarity with URLA, TRID, ECOA and RESPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Send accurate disclosures out within the regulated timeframe.
• Monitor Disclosure Pipeline and reporting for TRID/ECOA/RESPA disclosures.
• Coordinate with MLO and LOA to ensure disclosure delivery within regulations.
• Send electronic disclosures to clients who elected electronic delivery.
• Mail disclosures to applicants who opted for mail delivery.
• Review file disclosures for completeness and accuracy before sending.
• Work with Ellie Mae Encompass to disclose loans electronically or print disclosures for delivery by mail.
• Monitor centralized Disclosure Desk emails for questions.
• Monitor COCC Emails for needed disclosures including lock-in disclosures.
• Review all lock confirms to ensure proper re-disclosure within time frames.
• Review all changes to determine revised TRID disclosures are necessary.
• Review all calculated fees for any change in circumstance.
• Issue revised disclosures to customers as required.
• Document COC in all files.
