Qualificações

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support, or equivalent (e.g., 3–5 years)
• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Industry-specific experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide routine guidance or assistance to new or entry-level employees

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company procedures
• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to generating disclosures
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain missing information or clarify data required for accurate disclosure issuance
• Monitor disclosure timelines and ensure adherence to required regulatory deadlines
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues by referencing established procedures and guidelines
• Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness
• Utilize disclosure systems, LOS platforms, and related tools to process required documents
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams
• Provide guidance or assistance to new or less experienced team members when needed
• Contribute to a compliant and consistent borrower experience through accurate disclosure practices
