Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support (or 3–5 years).
• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Industry-specific experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide routine guidance to new or entry-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company procedures.
• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to generating disclosures.
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain missing information or clarify data required for disclosure issuance.
• Monitor disclosure timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines.
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues by referencing established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize disclosure systems, LOS platforms, and related tools to process required documents.
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams.
• Provide guidance to new or less experienced team members when needed.
• Contribute to a compliant borrower experience through accurate disclosure practices.
