The Servion Group is seeking a Disclosure Desk Specialist in Minnesota to manage loan disclosures, order required services, and review denied or withdrawn applications. You will collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, and internal partners to keep mortgage files complete and compliant within regulatory timelines.

The ideal candidate has prior mortgage operations, processing, disclosure, or servicing experience and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Encompass software & other mortgage systems, processes, laws/regulations/guidelines.
• Experience in mortgage operations, processing, disclosures, or servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and disclosure requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and partners throughout the loan process.
• Review residential loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver initial disclosures per TRID regulations.
• Monitor disclosure timelines in the LOS to ensure timely disclosures.
• Review and process re-disclosures related to valid changed circumstances.
• Evaluate fee accuracy and completeness on disclosure requests.
