Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist to support the generation and distribution of mortgage loan disclosures. You will review disclosures for accuracy, ensure TRID/ECOA compliance, and coordinate with MLOs and processors to meet regulatory timelines.

The role primarily operates remote with support for Mountain and Pacific Time zones to assist the West Coast region.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TRID and disclosure timelines.
• Understanding of TRID, ECOA and related regulations.
• Knowledge of mortgage disclosure formats and regulatory content.

Responsibilities

• Assist in answering disclosure questions related to loan activities.
• Review disclosures for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliver early disclosure packages within regulatory timelines.
• Coordinate with MLOs and processors to meet SLAs.
