You will coordinate with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, and other parties to move files forward while complying with all laws.

The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; education/experience mix.
• GSE and Government experience preferred.
• MSP and LoanSphere experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure foreclosures comply with state and federal laws and guidelines.
• Meet established deadlines for First Legal Action and extensions as needed.
• Review foreclosure files for timeframes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee proceedings with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, and others.
• Monitor attorney performance and document all processes.
• Respond to audits and support quality control requests.
• Analyze portfolio performance and timelines for compliance.
• Manage exception reporting as key risk controls.
