Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical/Business Analyst/Engineer to work remotely in a contract-to-hire role focused on Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse and analytics. You will translate business needs into data-driven solutions, write complex SQL, and leverage Python scripting and API integrations within an Agile framework.

The position emphasizes data quality improvements, collaboration with data architects and stakeholders, and developing test plans to validate changes across systems.

Competenze

• Must transform data into information for analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills; Alteryx or similar tools for data anomaly detection.
• Python experience for data automation is a plus.
• Experience with APIs or system integrations (REST/JSON) is a plus.
• Strong communication and Agile teamwork.

Mansioni

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of requirements for Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, business sponsors, and core system admins in Agile.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
• Partner with business to identify data issues and solutions.
• Improve data quality through rules automation.
• Review application functionality and perform gap analysis for enhancements.
• Develop test plans and execute test scripts for changes.
• Evaluate feasibility of business requests; research options.
• Respond to questions from business and IT teams.
• Track solutions and communicate impacts; recommend fixes.
• Assist with task automation and process improvements using scripting.

• Investigate and resolve data feed issues for PLM.
• Respond to escalated calls from users/help desk.
• Support core mortgage servicing and accounting platform.
