You will translate business needs into SQL and Python-based analyses within a mortgage data warehouse environment, collaborating across IT and business teams in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional requirements, and automation, with a strong focus on analytics, testing, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-7 years IT-related experience in BA or QA.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of business and technical requirements for mortgage data warehouse items.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, sponsors, admins, and report writers in Agile.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
