Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Mortgage Customer Advocate Specialist who will handle administrative tasks to support the legal department and maintain complaint records. This remote role features a target hourly pay of $22.00-$26.00 and requires strong attention to detail and Mortgage servicing knowledge.

Responsibilities include file creation, tracking, document retrieval, audits support, and general admin duties while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years admin in legal/complaint handling.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures.
• Proficient with MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, file, and retrieve Customer Advocacy Department files.
• Maintain and update customer complaint file tracking system.
• Retrieve scanned documents and import historical documents for reporting.
• Maintain internal/external email inboxes as needed.
• Assist with exception reporting and outgoing responses.
• Review Advocate scanned mail and determine handling.
