• 1–3 years administrative experience in legal/complaint handling or mortgage servicing.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing terminology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, file, and retrieve Customer Advocacy Department files.
• Maintain and update customer complaint file tracking system.
• Retrieve scanned documents and import historical documents for reporting.
• Maintain internal/external email inboxes and assist with reporting.
• Prepare outgoing responses and review Advocate scanned mail.
