You will originate mortgage loans and ensure compliance with federal secondary market regulations while preparing required documents such as Good Faith Estimates and RESPA forms. Qualifications

• High school diploma, 4+ years secondary market lending experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, email, and internet tools.
• Experience with LP & DU and DocMagic software.

Responsibilities

• Originating mortgage loans
• Complying with federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending
• Providing required documents including Good Faith Estimates and RESPA documents
• Develop business referral network through cold-calling, prospecting and local networking
