Fusion Home Loans is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Loan Administrator to join our team in a full-time, remote role based in Winter Park, Florida. You will coordinate construction draw requests for manufactured home projects and ensure funds disbursement aligns with loan requirements and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction lending or mortgage lending is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction draw requests from submission through disbursement.
• Review draw requests to ensure compliance with loan requirements and milestones.
• Communicate project status and draw requirements with dealers, borrowers, builders, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure disbursements align with construction stages.
• Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
• Track multiple projects and enforce deadlines and requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, delays, or risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication throughout the draw process.
• Support the mortgage team to maintain an efficient borrower experience.
