Qualifications

• Experience handling mortgage closings and knowledge of mortgage processes.
• Ability to review documents, obtain signatures and coordinate with title companies.
• Familiarity with federal regulations related to mortgage loans and notary duties.

Responsibilities

• Close mortgage loans and coordinate closing times with members, originators and title companies.
• Clear closing conditions and prepare affidavits and payoff information.
• Prepare Closing Disclosure figures and verify homeowners insurance.
