Job summary

LitFinancial is seeking driven, licensed mortgage professionals to own and grow their business as a Branch Manager. This 100% commission role is designed for high achievers who want control, support, and the potential to scale a high-volume operation.

You will originate and secure Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans, build a robust referral network, and guide borrowers through the full process while staying current on programs, rates, and regulations. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.
• Solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Responsible for maintaining own state licensing and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in securing mortgage financing across Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products.
• Prospect and develop relationships with new borrower clients.
• Match clients to the best loan program across our lender marketplace.
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application and approval process.
• Analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
• Build a referral network with realtors and partners.
• Stay current on loan programs, rates, and regulations.
