Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.
• Solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in securing mortgage financing (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM).
• Prospect and develop relationships with new borrower clients.
• Match clients to best loan programs across our lender marketplace.
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application and approval process.
• Analyze financial documents and determine loan eligibility.
• Build and maintain a referral network with realtors and partners.
• Stay current on loan programs, rates, and regulations.
