Job summary

LitFinancial is seeking a remote Mortgage Advisor to help clients secure financing across Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products. As a 1099 team member, you will build a referral network with realtors and partners and manage the full loan process from application to approval.

We're looking for an active NMLS license holder with strong document analysis, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain active NMLS license and solid knowledge of loan programs and guidelines.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working independently from home.
