Job summary

LitFinancial is seeking motivated, licensed mortgage professionals to own their business and earnings as a Branch Manager. This 100% commission role (1099) allows you to scale your operation with a wide lender marketplace, premier technology, and the freedom to work your way.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.
• Solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Responsible for maintaining own state licensing and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in securing mortgage financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products.
• Prospect and develop relationships with new borrower clients.
• Match clients to the best loan program across our lender marketplace.
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application and approval process.
• Analyze financial documents and determine loan eligibility.
• Build and maintain a referral network with realtors and other partners.
• Stay current on loan programs, rates, and industry regulations.
