Job summary

Ratehub is seeking an experienced Mortgage Agent (Ontario) to convert inbound leads into closed mortgage transactions. This inside-sales role offers a base salary plus monthly commission and the chance to work with a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage sales, can build strong client relationships, and is comfortable using CRM tools. This is a remote opportunity with an option to work from our Toronto office, and a benefits package including health coverage and paid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship building skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
• Analytical: you can break down complex information for our client.
• Resourceful: you know how to get answers when you don’t have them.
• Proactive: you are never idle and stay busy.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound leads, online, or by phone, converting them to closed mortgage applications, with the support of the Documents Fulfillment Team.
• Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for clients, provide insight and thought to continuously improve the customer experience, handling customer complaints, should they arise.
• Maintaining your FSCO Certified Mortgage Agent designation
