Ratehub is seeking a Mortgage Agent (Alberta) to join our inside sales team and convert leads into closed mortgage transactions. This role offers a base salary plus monthly commissions and the flexibility of a remote setup with an optional Toronto office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage sales, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with sales tools. You will help streamline the mortgage process and contribute to a customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
• Analytical: ability to break down complex information for clients.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound leads online or by phone and convert to closed mortgage applications with support.
• Ensure a smooth mortgage application process and improve customer experience; handle complaints.
• Maintain your Certified Mortgage Agent designation.
