Job summary

Converge Enterprise seeks a Consultant to deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions across M&A migrations, tenant consolidations, and divestitures. You will assess environments and drive migrations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, with emphasis on secure access and a smooth user experience.

You will partner with architects to plan workload sequencing, configure Intune endpoints with Autopilot, and manage post‑migration stabilization, cutovers, and runbooks for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Microsoft 365 consulting or enterprise migration delivery.
• Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and M&A projects.
• Microsoft certifications aligned to 365 administration, identity, endpoint management, or collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess M365, AD, Entra ID, and endpoint environments to define migration scope.
• Collaborate with architects to plan tenant-to-tenant migrations and divestitures.
• Configure and migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support identity transitions including domain changes and policies.
• Implement Intune endpoints, Autopilot provisioning, device enrollment and compliance.
• Execute pilots, waves, cutovers, validate data and mail flow.
• Maintain runbooks, communicate status, assist with milestones.
