IDT Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Manual QA (Mobile) to join the DTC Calling team and help ensure the quality of the BOSS Revolution App, including International Calling,Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services. You will develop and execute tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support production releases in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, API testing, and hands-on testing across iOS/Android, with opportunities for growth and working

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manual testing of mobile or backend applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/Swagger/Charles Proxy).
• Ability to read logs with monitoring tools and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) in an Agile environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute test cases for the Calling App and services.
• Evaluate functionality against specifications and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across teams to map integration touchpoints and run end-to-end tests.
• Work with developers to test features within a scrum team.
• Support releases and perform post-release testing.
