Job summary

IDT Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Manual QA, Mobile to join the DTC Calling team and ensure quality for the BOSS Revolution mobile app, including International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services.

You will develop and execute test cases, evaluate functionality against specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform end-to-end tests within an Agile Scrum setup. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of manual testing experience on mobile or backend apps.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with API testing tools: Postman, Swagger, Charles Proxy.
• Troubleshooting with logs, monitoring tools, ADB, Android Studio and XCode.
• Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding iOS, Android and OS guidelines.
• Ability to execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases.
• Hands-on experience testing REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Agile team player with good English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios for the Calling App and services.
• Evaluate functionality against specs and requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks with strong troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration/end-to-end tests.
• Work with developers to test features in Scrum.
• Proactively develop test strategy and plans for new features.
• Support production releases and perform post-release testing.
