Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Mobile C-Arm Clinical Education Specialist to lead post-installation clinical training and adoption of mobile C-arm solutions. You will train staff, optimize workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

This remote-based role requires extensive travel (approximately 90%), primarily across the Midwest, West, and Southern U.S. You will educate clinicians on best practices and software updates while building long-term customer

Qualifications

• Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related clinical field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical mobile C-arm surgery experience.
• ARRT certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm procedures (ortho/trauma, pain management, basic vascular).
• Teaching or clinical training experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical training and education following system installation.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term utilization of mobile C-arm systems.
• Educate technologists, physicians, and clinical staff on best practices and workflows.
• Partner with Service, Applications, and Customer Success teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing education for software updates and workflow enhancements.
• Identify training gaps and propose solutions to improve competency and utilization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
