Job summary

Delta Medical Systems seeks an energized Clinical Applications Specialist to support Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arms, providing on-site education, training, and follow-ups at customers’ facilities. The role focuses on optimizing image quality, workflow improvements, and strong patient care outcomes.

The ideal candidate travels heavily (up to 80%), with some remote/home-office time (about 10%), and earns a compensation range of roughly $55,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 80% with overnight stays Monday-Thursday.
• Certified Clinical Radiographer with 3–5 years of clinical surgery experience.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• ARRT certifications/registries preferred.
• Previous Applications Specialist experience preferred.
• Experience using Siemens surgical imaging systems preferred.
• Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer education for Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arms, including product demonstrations, user training, and applications follow-ups.
• Consult with customers on workflow needs and identify opportunities for improvement, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods to optimize image quality and ease of use.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and service teams on scheduling of customer training events.
• Partner with Delta’s sales team to identify and meet customer needs and assist in closing sales.
• Complete regulatory and process documentation in a timely manner.
