CodeRoad is seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer focused on agentic AI to design, deploy, and maintain scalable autonomous AI systems. You will deploy pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), and implement automated CI/CD/CT workflows for production-grade AI models.

The role emphasizes monitoring, security, and governance, collaborating with AI researchers and software teams to ensure compliant, ethical, and reliable AI solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related field, with at least 1 year deploying AI/ML in production.
• Deep hands-on experience with either GCP or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks; proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD + CT workflows; scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform).
• Monitoring/analytics tools for production ML (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Security practices for cloud/MLOps incl. IAM, encryption, secure pipelines.
• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable agentic AI systems with autonomous capabilities.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure for the entire AI lifecycle (GCP/AWS).
• Develop automated CI/CD/CT pipelines for AI models and experiments.
• Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and bias in production environments.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance across the MLOps lifecycle.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to ship reliable AI solutions.
• Establish governance for data and models to maintain quality and compliance.
