Ladders is seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Operations & Delivery to lead a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists. You will design scalable MLOps solutions for production-grade environments and critical business outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams on ML and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field; MS preferred.
• 3+ years leading high-performing software teams with 5+ direct reports.
• 2+ years with Platform Engineering teams.
• 6+ years deploying Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• 3+ years in ML engineering focused on production environments.
• 3+ years managing data infrastructure and pipelines; Data Mesh a plus.
• 3+ years multi-cloud deployment using AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML operational solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for ML and cloud integration.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD and security by design.
• Drive cloud technologies for ML model training and deployment optimization.
• Own development and maintenance of robust data pipelines.
• Lead Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity initiatives.
