• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field; MS preferred.
• 3+ years leading high-performing software teams with 5+ direct reports.
• 2+ years with Platform Engineering teams.
• 6+ years deploying Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• 3+ years in ML engineering focused on production environments.
• 3+ years managing data infrastructure and pipelines; Data Mesh a plus.
• 3+ years multi-cloud deployment using AWS and Azure.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Operations & Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee the design and delivery of scalable machine learning operations solutions that support production-grade environments and business-critical outcomes. You will lead a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate ML and cloud capabilities effectively. The position also plays a key role in strengthening deployment practices, data infrastructure, and resilience across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning operational solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of ML and cloud technologies.
