Job summary

AItoolnavio is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer - Machine Learning in a remote freelance role based in the United States. You will design and deliver engaging ML courses for engineers, building labs, scripts, and demonstrations, while collaborating with curriculum specialists and a production team.

The role focuses on teaching over production tasks, with a typical initial project lasting around three months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML experience training, evaluating and deploying models using ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong ability to explain ML concepts clearly to engineers new to the field.
• Excellent written and spoken English for script writing, narration, and camera delivery.
• Passion for teaching with a track record of online courses, tutorials, talks, or mentoring.
• Active interest in ML developments and continuous learning.
• Strong presentation skills for on-camera delivery and engaging explanations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content with structure, lessons, labs, and notebooks.
• Create hands-on learning experiences and test lab environments.
• Write engaging, short video lesson scripts (~6 minutes).
• Deliver technical presentations, narrate lessons in English, and record demonstrations.
• Apply practical ML expertise: training, evaluating, and deploying models.
• Incorporate editorial feedback to meet teaching standards.
• Collaborate remotely with curriculum and production teams via weekly syncs and Slack.
• Focus on teaching content while production handles editing and publishing.
