BairesDev is seeking an ML Research Scientist to drive next‑generation AI by exploring and implementing novel machine learning methods. You will lead research on foundation models and multimodal systems, translating theory into scalable, production‑ready solutions within a fully remote team.

We value strong mathematical foundations, published research, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines as you push the boundaries of AI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in machine learning research or related quantitative field.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or JAX and deep learning.
• Strong publication record in AI conferences and knowledge of math foundations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML algorithms for foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Research novel ML methods including RL, vision-language models, and diffusion.
• Develop and optimize state-of-the-art models using PyTorch or JAX.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy research into production-ready architectures.
• Maintain high research quality and publish advancements.
