Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist for a 100% remote role. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytic models to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into production systems while leveraging your expertise in Python, ML pipelines, and statistical analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or ML.
• Proven expertise in developing, testing, and deploying ML models.
• Strong Python and scikit-learn experience.
• Data cleaning, statistical analysis, and exploratory data analysis background.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns.
• Perform robust data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for modeling.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for scalability and accuracy.
