Binance is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist/Engineer to advance reasoning and planning capabilities for large foundation models. You will drive data acquisition, supervised fine-tuning, reward modeling, and RL, while applying advanced decoding and robust evaluation methods.

You will teach models to interact with external tools, APIs, and code interpreters, and build agents and multi-agent systems to solve complex real-world problems in a remote-first, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RL, NLP, or large-scale model training is preferred.
• Strong problem analysis and ability to address challenges in large-scale model training.
• Fluency in Python or C++/Java and strong programming fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Reasoning and planning for foundation models across data, SFT, and RL stages.
• Synthesize large-scale data via rewriting, augmentation, and generation.
• Apply system 2 thinking and decoding strategies like MCTS and A*.
• Develop evaluation methodologies and enable tools/APIs/code interpreters.
• Build agents and multi-agent systems to tackle complex real-world tasks.
