Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team
• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale
• Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles
• Technical leadership: hands on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and organizations

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production
• Ensure high-quality, efficient data pipelines that support both business and AI needs
• Define and own success metrics that tie ML work directly to business outcomes
• Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the org
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business teams
