Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a senior leader for the Machine Learning, Data and AI applications within the Guest & Host organization. You will drive multi-year AI roadmaps, partner with Product, Design and Data Science to move high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production, and shape data pipelines that power business and AI needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading a team.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products at enterprise scale.
• Experience applying modern AI technologies to products and development cycles.
• Technical leadership: leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
