Responsabilidades

• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Concord, CA and remote teams
• Stand up observability so McKinsey & Company sees failures before customers in CA do
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for deeply technical production environments
• Carry a sharp-but-gentle LangChain feature through code freeze without breaking McKinsey & Company stability
• Ship incremental improvements to McKinsey & Company's Concord platform on a regular cadence
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the McKinsey & Company stack
• Set the Customer Service coding standards the rest of McKinsey & Company engineering follows
