Motion Recruitment is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a remote enterprise engineering team. You will lead the design, architecture, and production deployment of scalable ML pipelines, focusing on predictive maintenance and robust enterprise ML solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of ML/data science experience, 5+ years of Python development, and hands-on experience with Databricks. This 6-month W2 contract offers 100% remote work and potential to extend or convert to permanent

Qualifikationen

• Master's/PhD in CS/Data Science/Statistics.
• 8+ years of applied ML and data science experience, incl. senior level.
• 5+ years of professional Python-based software development.
• 2–3 years of Databricks data-architect experience.
• Proven production deployment of ML systems.
• Strong familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Hands-on MLOps with MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI Pipelines or SageMaker.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of production ML models from exploration to deployment and monitoring.
• Architect and manage MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines across Databricks and AWS.
• Develop and scale models including regression, time-series, and clustering techniques.
• Apply statistical methods and Bayesian techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design and maintain SQL/NoSQL data storage to support live and batch ML workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into backend services.
