Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd seeks an ML Architect to partner with stakeholders, design data models, and deploy advanced analytics in production environments. You will drive predictive modeling and end-to-end data pipelines while mentoring teammates and communicating insights to diverse audiences.

Role requires extensive experience in Python/R, SQL, NLP, and healthcare data, with a strong background in data wrangling, feature engineering, and visualization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science, economics, or related quantitative field preferred.
• Ten years of related experience, including three years in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries; data wrangling and feature engineering.
• Experience with NLP and healthcare data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, prototype, and deploy machine learning models in production.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and stakeholders to scope data science projects.
• Communicate modeling challenges and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines combining data from multiple sources.
• Mentor team members and serve as a SME in cross-functional discussions.
