Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd invites applications for a Senior ML Architect role focused on advancing analytics, modeling and data science initiatives. You will partner across business and technology units to design data models, develop algorithms, and deliver predictive insights that inform strategic decisions.

The role requires a strong foundation in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization, plus extensive experience in ML workflows, data wrangling, and feature engineering.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience with 3+ years in predictive modeling, data science and analysis; strong data wrangling and feature engineering.
• Experience with NLP and healthcare data is preferred.
• Proficiency coding in Python or R and documenting for reproducibility.
• Strong ability to review others' models and code.
• Experience with data visualization tools/libraries and SQL.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance competencies.

Responsibilities

• Build, prototype, and deploy ML models in production.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to scope data science projects.
• Communicate modeling challenges, findings, and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end ETL pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
