Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an ML/AI Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales while overseeing delivery of ML/AI programs. You will bridge strategic business goals with technical execution, leading engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in delivery management, deep ML/AI SME credentials, and strong GCP experience to architect and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years as Delivery Manager or Architect.
• Experience as Technical Consultant with pre-sales and delivery ownership.
• Proven SME in ML/AI with large-scale project delivery.
• Deep hands-on GCP experience and architectural expertise.
• Experience implementing on major cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Extensive experience managing engagements — solution design, RFPs, MVP delivery.
• Background in Software/EA balancing pre-sales and delivery.
• Active GCP certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ML/AI projects with focus on quality and timely execution.
• Lead data delivery programs, governance and discovery phases.
• Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives leveraging GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
• Create architecture visions, diagrams and roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Define application and cloud architecture requirements with customers and product teams.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and align technical strategy.
• Lead architecture team to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities: client demos, proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses (GenAI focus).
• Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
