Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an ML/AI Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales while overseeing ML/AI program delivery. The role bridges strategic goals with cutting-edge execution, leading engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery oversight, governance of data programs, architecture leadership, and major client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as Delivery Manager or Architect.
• Experienced as Technical Consultant with pre-sales and delivery ownership.
• Proven SME in ML/AI with large-scale projects.
• Deep hands-on GCP experience with architectural expertise.
• Experience implementing on at least one major cloud platform, ideally GCP.
• Extensive experience managing technical engagements: design, RFPs, MVPs.
• Background in Software Engineering / Enterprise Architecture combining pre-sales and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ML/AI projects with high-quality execution.
• Manage complex data delivery programs and establish governance.
• Drive ML/AI initiatives using GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
• Create architecture visions, diagrams and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with customers and product teams to define architecture requirements.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and align technical strategy.
• Direct architecture team to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
