Job summary

Association of Christian Schools International in Missouri seeks an experienced Administrator to manage the Missouri CTF program from a remote home office. You will ensure accurate data, compliant processes, strong customer service, and careful cash handling.

This role collaborates with the CTF leadership and ACSI teams, oversees scholarship processes and financial reporting, and supports program certification and improvements while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Must reside in Missouri
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Strong self-motivation for remote work

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Missouri program requirements and ensure strong service delivery
• Oversee scholarship process from contributions to awards and disbursements
• Manage financial transactions and prepare required reports to agencies and Finance Dept
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with Missouri and federal tax credit regulations
• Develop documentation and training materials for databases and workflows
• Respond to inquiries from contributors, schools, and vendors
• Support policy reviews, website updates, and coordination with teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
