AECOM is seeking a motivated and technically strong Mining Study Program Manager to join our growing Mining team supporting projects across North America and globally. The successful candidate will manage mining projects from early-stage studies through detailed engineering and construction support while working as part of multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualificações

• BS in Mining Engineering or related engineering discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading mining studies and program management; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera; international project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Business development activities to promote AECOM’s growing presence in Mining
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to address client concerns and achieve project milestones.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, communication, and coordination of program activities.
• Manage program staffing, subcontractor relationships, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control measures.
• Utilize MS Project, Primavera, and AECOM’s proprietary systems for tracking progress.
