Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or related technical support environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle DB and strong SQL skills, including DDL, DML, joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements.
• Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Strong monitoring and debugging skills for server and application logs.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience creating and optimizing monitoring alerts and dashboards.
• Experience with GitHub for code debugging and Jenkins for deployments.
• Experience setting up tools and required infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incidents, Problems, and RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, continuous monitoring, and incident resolution for US regional applications to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL DDL and DML queries, including joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements, within Oracle database environments.
• Monitor and analyze server logs using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, creating dashboards and alerts to enable proactive incident detection and resolution.
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub and Jenkins while troubleshooting applications and maintaining the required infrastructure.
