Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI and state bureau regulations, E&O controls, and risk assessment.
• Experience building and managing profitable WC books of business.
• Proven ability to manage broker/agency relationships and regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional WC underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth and retention.
• Oversee portfolio management, pricing discipline, and risk selection in the region.
• Drive profitable new business while maintaining renewal profitability and service standards.
• Develop regional business plans in partnership with leadership and distribution teams.
