Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, delivering the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide. The Mid-Market Sales Director is an individual contributor who creates, identifies, and closes sales, acquiring new customers and driving revenue.

This role is fully remote for candidates outside the 30 mile radius of our offices; within 30 miles, it is Hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
• Experience selling at the C-level but also closing complex deals.

Responsabilités

• Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
