First Legal, a leading Attorney Services and litigation support firm, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive in San Francisco to drive new business and expand an existing book of clients. You will pursue opportunities, cross-sell services, and manage key accounts within the prescribed territory alongside the Sales Team.

This role requires field presence 2–3 days weekly, strong relationship-building, CRM discipline, and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional solutions-based outside sales experience in attorney services or legal environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans in a territory.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and secure initial client visits.

Responsabilités

• Secure new and existing Attorney/Law Firm clients for subpoena-based records retrieval services.
• Offer and conduct continuing Legal Education opportunities.
• Identify viable prospects from directories, databases, leads, and networking.
• Be in the field 2-3 times weekly.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and forecast opportunities.
