Job summary

Foley is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic advisor for Foley's largest mid-market customers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities while delivering measurable outcomes aligned with customer goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and scale the customer success organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, preferably with mid-market customers.
• Proven track record of driving retention and reducing churn.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort and curiosity using agentic workflows and AI tools to work more efficiently with customers.
• Experience in a compliance, regulated-industry, or vertical SaaS environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Drive adoption of Foley.io solutions and deliver measurable ROI.
• Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and mitigate churn.
• Partner with Sales to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and other teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Operate in a fully remote environment with cross-departmental collaboration.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning for high-value customers.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve processes, tooling, and customer experience.
• Leverage Planhat to monitor health metrics and drive proactive outreach.
